Step 3. Exhale while bending forward and place your forehead on the ground.
Step 4. Maintain the posture for 30 seconds to 60 seconds with normal breathing.
Step 5. Come back to the vajrasana and relax the hands.

Step 1. Sit in dandasana and while inhaling fold the right leg. Place the right foot under the left buttock.
Step 2. Fold the left leg and place the left sole on the ground at the outer side of the right knee.
Step 3. While exhaling place the left hand at the back.
Step 4. Take the left arm up and encircle your back and touch the left thigh. 
Step 5. Twist the trunk to the left and look over the left shoulder for 30 seconds to 60 seconds.
Step 6. While exhaling stretch the left leg and come back to a neutral position.
